Previous view 6 D-STAR OPERATION Saving settings When "FROM" (Access repeater) and "TO" (Destination) settings are saved, the settings can be selected by rotating [DIAL]. 1. Saving settings into memory qqIn the DR screen, select the settings to be saved into memory. Shows the settings to be saved. 2. View the saved contents rrTouch [DR]. • Closes the DR screen. ttTouch the Memory channel number. • Opens the Mode setting window. wwTouch the Function group icon one or more times. • Selects the D-3 menu. eeTouch [MW] for 1 second. • The memory contents are briefly displayed, and then the settings are saved into a blank channel. • "FROM" and "TO" names are automatically programmed as the Memory name. U p to 16 alphanumeric characters can be programmed for the memory name. yyTouch [MR]. • Selects the Memory mode. uuRotate [DIAL] to select the stored channel. • Displays the stored channel. (Example: "003") The window automatically closes and the DR screen is displayed again. FROM TO "FROM" and "TO" names are automatically programmed as the Memory name. 6-37
