6 For your information Troubleshooting The inserted USB flash drive is not recognized • The USB function is set to "Disable." - Enable the USB Flash Drive setting on the Setting screen. (Management > Management Tools > USB > USB Flash Drive) Cannot cancel an outgoing call ••The RoIP Gateway cannot recognize the calling status. - Enable SIP 183 Support setting on the Setting screen. (PBX Advanced Settings > Advanced Settings >SIP Settings > SIP 183 Support) [Input/Output Digital Gain] doesn't work ••Internal codec is not used. - Use [Input/Output Analog Gain] to adjust the signal level. The receiving sound breaks up while operating in the Bridge's Multicast mode ••Two or more transceivers that are connected through different RoIP Gateways are transmitting at the same time. - Use only one RoIP Gateway in the Always-on connection mode. - Set the Always-on connection mode to disable. The output audio signal from the [OUT] port does not fade-in or fade-out ••The [EXT] (1 ~ 4) port setting is incorrect. - Set the [EXT Input] port's connect destination to [EXT Output]. (Signal is weak.) - Locate the RoIP Gateway to place where it can receive a stronger signal. 4G or 3G line communication is not established ••The [PPP] indicator is OFF. - Check if the [4G/3G] lights. - Ask your 4G/3G line service provider for the connection status. 6-3

Troubleshooting
The inserted USB flash drive is not recognized
• The USB function is set to “Disable.”
- Enable the USB Flash Drive setting on the Setting screen.
(Management > Management Tools > USB > USB Flash Drive)
Cannot cancel an outgoing call
• The RoIP Gateway cannot recognize the calling status.
- Enable SIP 183 Support setting on the Setting screen.
(PBX Advanced Settings > Advanced Settings >SIP Settings > SIP 183 Support)
[Input/Output Digital Gain] doesn’t work
• Internal codec is not used.
- Use [Input/Output Analog Gain] to adjust the signal level.
