Select an address, and then pick up the handset. Answering a call On hook (When answering the displayed caller) Using a DN key ••Push the DN Key that is blinking fast in blue. Holding or transferring a call Holding a call 1. Push [HOLD] to hold the call. 2. Push the DN key that is slowly blinking in green to retrieve the held call. Transferring to an extension 1. Push [TRANSFER] during a conversation. 2. Dial the extension you want to transfer the call to. 3. After the target is answered, push [ENTER] or hang up. LLYou can cancel transferring by pushing [CANCEL] twice. Parking a call 1. Push [TRANSFER] during a conversation. 2. Dial the special number for parking (default: *90) and then the park number (01 ~ 24) during a conversation. (For example, to park a call to park number 01: dial *9001) ••The hold tone rings when the call is successfully parked. Hang up the handset. LLReturns to the original call if you failed parking the call. Retry parking to another park number. Rejecting a call ••Push Reject . LLExcept when the other extensions are ringing, the busy tone is returned to the caller. LLThe calling tone is returned to the caller who uses an analog telephone. Unparking a call zz On the phone that you want to unpark the call, dial the special number for unpaking (default: *91), and then the parked number (01 ~ 24.) (For example, to unpark a call on park number 01: dial *9101) Piking up a call ••Dial the special number for picking up, and then pick up the handset. LLYou can push the One Touch button, if the special number for Call Pickup is assigned. 4-21

Piking up a call
• Dial the special number for picking up, and then
pick up the handset.

You can push the One Touch button, if the
special number for Call Pickup is assigned.
