DN Keys ••You need at least 2 DN Keys, one for an incoming/outgoing call, and one to hold or transfer the call. ••If the number of DN keys is insufficient, you cannot hold a call or receive a new incoming call. ••On the KX-UT123 that does not have a flexible button, 2 fixed DN keys are internally assigned. When a new call is incoming while you are talking on the KX-UT123, you cannot answer a new call or hold the current call because of the DN key insufficiency. Hang up the current call to answer the new call. 4-17

DN Keys
• You need at least 2 DN Keys, one for an incoming/outgoing call, and one to hold or transfer the call.
If the number of DN keys is insufficient, you cannot hold a call or receive a new incoming call.
