LLThis manual description is based on the KX-UT136. The name or icon of the buttons may differ, depending on the telephones. DO NOT DISTURB (Needed to be set in advance) You can set "Do Not Disturb" when you are busy and cannot answer calls. LL"Fwd All," "Fwd Busy," and "Fwd No Ans" are not usable. Assign the Flexible keys or Dial the special numbers to use these functions. Do Not Disturb FWD All: FWD Busy: FWD No Ans: Back  Enter CONFERENCE Establishes a local three-way conference call. Push [CONFERENCE] or [HOLD] during the conversation, dial the number that you want to join the conference call, and then push [CONFERENCE] after the invited extension has answered. FLASH/RECALL ( R Disconnects the current call and makes another call without hanging up. While transferring a call, push this key and then [TRANSFER] to cancel the transferring and return to the original call. REDIAL Redials the last dialed number. MESSAGE Accesses the voice massage server to check for received voice messages. Pushing while in the Standby screen enters the answering operation. TRANSFER Transfers a call to another extension. While transferring a call, push [FLASH] and then this key to cancel the transfer and return to the call. CANCEL Cancels the call, or the setting operation. HOLD Puts a call on hold. MUTE ( )/AUTO ANSWER ( ) MUTE: Mutes or unmutes during the call. The [SP-PHONE ( )/HEADSET ( )] button blinks red while in the muted mode. AUTO ANSWER: (Needs to be set in advance) Automatically answers an incoming call after ringing several times. SP-PHONE ( )/ HEADSET You can talk hands-free, or with a headset if connected. 4-16
