Smart screen Customize screen settings so the screen is more responsive and easier to use. 1. From the Settings screen, touch Display ➔ Smart screen. 2. Touch an option to enable the feature: • Smart stay: disables the screen timeout if your phone detects that your face is watching the screen. • Smart rotation: disables the auto screen rotation by checking the orientation of your face and the device. • Smart pause: pauses videos when your device detects that your head has moved away from the screen. 3. Touch Smart scroll ON OFF to turn the feature On. Using Smart scroll, the screen scrolls when you tilt your head or the device (your choice). You can also choose the scroll speed and whether a Smart scroll icon displays. Font style Set the font for screen displays. 1. From the Settings screen, touch Display ➔ Font style. 2. Select a font, or touch Get fonts online to browse and download a new font. Font size Set the font size for screen displays. 1. From the Settings screen, touch Display ➔ Font size. 2. Select a font size. Touch key light duration Set the length of time the Menu and Back Keys remain lit after you touch them. 1. From the Settings screen, touch Display ➔ Touch key light duration. 2. Choose a time period, or Always off or Always on. Show battery percentage When enabled, the battery's charge level displays in the Status bar next to the Battery icon. 1. From the Settings screen, touch Display. 2. Touch Show battery percentage to enable or disable the setting. Settings 181
