• Personalized recognition: Enable to have your device improve recognition based on your speech. • Google account dashboard: View and manage your collected data. • Bluetooth headset: When enabled, allows you to record audio through an optional Bluetooth headset. Text-to-speech options Text-to-speech (TTS) provides audible readout of text, for example, the contents of text messages, and the Caller ID for incoming calls. 1. From the Settings screen, touch Language and input ➔ Text-to-speech options. The following option displays: • Preferred TTS engine - Samsung text-to-speech engine (this option is not changeable). 2. Touch beside Samsung text-to-speech engine to configure options: • Language: allows you to set the language for spoken text. • Settings for Samsung text-to-speech engine allows you to view Open Source Licenses. • Install voice data: allows you to install voice data for speech synthesis. 3. Set options: • General - Speech rate: Choose a rate at which text readouts are spoken. - Listen to an example: Play a sample of speech synthesis. Mouse/trackpad Customize the response of your screen swipes. 1. From the Settings screen, touch Language and input ➔ Pointer speed. 2. Touch and drag along the scale to set the pointer speed.
