3 Press V/v repeatedly and to uncheck the items you do not want to measure, then press b. The confirmation screen, asking whether you are ready to start measurement, appears. 4 Press to select "Start". The measurement results is registered as the position you selected in step 1. 5 Repeat step 1 to 4 to register another seating position. To select the registered seating position Press V/v repeatedly to select the position (Pos. 1, 2, 3) you want, then press . The registered seating position is selected. To name the seating position You can rename the position name. 1 Select the position (Pos. 1, 2, 3) you want, then press . 2 Press TOOLS/OPTIONS. 3 Select "Name Input", then press . 4 Press V/v repeatedly to select a character, then press b. You can move the input position backward and forward by pressing B/b. 5 Repeat step 4 to input a character one by one, then press . The name you entered is registered. Speaker Settings menu You can adjust each speaker manually. You can also adjust the speaker levels after the Auto Calibration is completed. Note The speaker settings are only for the current seating position. Speaker Pattern Select "Speaker Pattern" according to the speaker system which you are using. Select the speaker pattern before you perform Auto Calibration. Sur Back Assign Lets you set the SPEAKERS SURROUND BACK/FRONT HIGH/BI-AMP/FRONT B terminals for a bi-amplifier or speakers front B connection. x OFF x BI-AMP x SPEAKER B Note When you change the connection from a biamplifier or speakers front B to surround back or front high speakers connection, set "Sur Back Assign" to "OFF", then set up the speakers again.
