The Grand Tour Stereo speakers Memory media slot DC IN/Battery indicator Power indicator HDD/ODD indicator Wireless indicator The speakers emit sound generated by your software as well as audio alarms, such as low battery condition, generated by the system. This slot lets you insert an SD™/SDHC™/ SDXC™ memory card, miniSD™/microSD™ Card, Memory Stick™ (PRO™/Duo™/PRO Duo™/Micro™), xD-Picture Card™ and MultiMediaCard™. Refer to the Optional devices section in Chapter 3, Operating Basics for more information. The DC IN/Battery indicator shows the status of the DC IN and the battery's charge - white indicates the battery is fully charged while the power is being correctly supplied from the AC power adaptor. Please refer to Chapter 5, Power and Power-Up Modes for more information on this feature. The Power indicator normally glows white when the computer is turned on. However, if you turn the computer off into Sleep Mode, this indicator will flash amber - approximately two second on, two seconds off - both while the system is shutting down and while it remains turned off. The HDD/ODD indicator glows white whenever the computer is accessing the built-in hard disk drive or optical disc drive device. Memory media slot

DC IN/Battery
indicator
The
DC IN/Battery
indicator shows the status of
the DC IN and the battery's charge - white
