Operating Basics Important message Before you write or rewrite to any of the media supported by the DVD Super Multi drive or BD-Combo/BD-Writer drive, please read and follow all of the setup and operating instructions in this section. If you fail to do so, you may find that the DVD Super Multi drive or BD-Combo/BD-Writer drive may not function properly, and you may fail to write or rewrite information successfully - this may cause you to either lose data or incur other damage to the drive or media. Given the technological limitations of current optical disc writing drives, you may experience unexpected writing or rewriting errors due to disc quality or problems with hardware devices.
