Chapter 16 MAC Address The following table describes the fields in the screen. Table 40 Security > MAC Address > Static MAC LABEL DESCRIPTION MAC Address Enter the MAC address in valid MAC address format, that is, six hexadecimal character pairs. Static MAC addresses do not age out. VLAN ID Enter the VLAN identification number the MAC address belongs to. Port Enter the port where the MAC address entered will be automatically forwarded.
