A filter in menu 3.1 (LAN) or in menu 11.5 (WAN) is applied to block a service. 2. You have disabled that service in menu 24.11. 3. The IP address in the Secured Client IP field (menu 24.11) does not match the client IP address. If it does not match, the Prestige will disconnect the session immediately. 4. There is an SMT console session running. 5. There is already another remote management session of the same type running. You may only have one remote management session of the same type running at one time. 14.7 Remote Management and NAT When NAT is enabled: • Use the Prestige's WAN IP address when configuring from the WAN. • Use the Prestige's LAN IP address when configuring from the LAN. 14.8 System Timeout There is a system timeout of five minutes (300 seconds) for Telnet/web/FTP connections. Your Prestige will automatically log you out if you do nothing in this timeout period, except when it is continuously updating the status in menu 24.1 or when sys stdio has been changed on the command line. 14-4 Remote Management

14.6.1 Remote Management Limitations
Remote management over LAN or WAN will not work when:
1.
A filter in menu 3.1 (LAN) or in menu 11.5 (WAN) is applied to block a service.
2.
You have disabled that service in menu 24.11.
3.
The IP address in the
Secured Client IP
field (menu 24.11) does not match the client IP address. If
it does not match, the Prestige will disconnect the session immediately.
4.
There is an SMT console session running.
5.
There is already another remote management session of the same type running. You may only have
one remote management session of the same type running at one time.
14.7 Remote Management and NAT
When NAT is enabled:
Use the Prestige’s WAN IP address when configuring from the WAN.
Use the Prestige’s LAN IP address when configuring from the LAN.
14.8 System Timeout
There is a system timeout of five minutes (300 seconds) for Telnet/web/FTP connections. Your Prestige will
