Appendices Troubleshooting (3/4) 3. Double-click the [dbconverter.exe] or [dbconverter] file in that folder. 5. Click [OK] if the following dialog appears. 4. Select the database file that was used with the previous version of the program and click [Start]. For example, select the following database file if it was used previously: [C: \Program Files\Canon\ZoomBrowser EX\Database\My Database.zbd]. 6. Click [Close] when the dialog in Step 4 appears. This will display in ZoomBrowser EX 4 the titles and comments input in version 2 or 3. The titles and comments will appear together in the Comments section of ZoomBrowser EX 4.
