MIDI File Control Hot Keys The following are the hot keys you can use while playing MIDI files: Left or Right Arrow Up or Down Arrow , and press Resumes playing the paused MIDI file. Stops the MIDI file (if one is playing) and exits the program. Reproduces the sound in a different key by raising or lowering the pitch. Changes to a different set of musical instruments based on the Basic, General, and Extended standards on the MIDI mapper. Plays the next MIDI file in a specified set.
