For example, if you want to create an advanced workout in the Forerunner for Biking, you must switch to Biking mode. When you create workouts in Garmin Training Center, just save the workout in the correct sport folder. The Forerunner automatically switches to the correct sport when you select an advanced workout. For example, if you try to start a Running workout while you are in Biking mode, the Forerunner changes to Running mode automatically. The goal range for pace in this workout is 5:00/mi-5:30/mi. As you approach 5:30/mi, the field fills with black from the bottom to the top. As you approach 5:00/mi, the field fills with black from the top to the bottom.
