Sub-menu item Description Press OK to select the default setting. Select Override to print on a different size paper after a specified delay. Select Cancel job to automatically cancel the print job after a specified delay. If either Override or Cancel job is chosen, the control panel prompts for the number of seconds to delay. Press the Right arrow to increase the time up to 3600 seconds. Press Left arrow to decrease the time. Calibrate now Power-on calibration Calibrate now: Directs the printer to immediately calibrate. When a job is processing, the printer calibrates after the job is complete. When an error message displays, clear the error before continuing. Power-on calibration: Select how quickly the printer should calibrate after it is powered on. The default setting is 15 minutes. Signals that the cartridge is almost empty. Displays message that a supply or supplies need to be replaced. Select courier font values. Description This options cleans the printer when specks or other marks appear on printed output. The cleaning process removes dust and excess toner from the paper path. When selected, the printer prompts to load plain paper in tray 1 and then press OK to begin the cleaning process. Wait until the process completes. Discard the page that prints. Sets all customized settings to the factory default values. ENWW
