Status The HP ToolboxFX Status folder contains links to the following main pages: ● Device Status: View MFP status information. This page indicates MFP conditions such as a jam or an empty tray. When a problem is corrected with the MFP, click Refresh button to update the MFP status. ● Supplies Status Page: View detailed supplies status such as the estimated percent of toner remaining in the print cartridge and the number of pages that have been printed with the current print cartridge. This page also has links to order supplies and to find recycling information. ● Device Configuration: View a detailed description of the current MFP configuration, including the amount of memory installed and whether optional trays are installed. ● Network configuration: View a detailed description of the current network configuration, including the IP address and network status. ● Print Info Pages: Print the Configuration page and various other information pages that are available for the MFP, such as the Supplies Status page and the Demo page. ● Event Log: View a history of MFP errors. The most recent error is at the top of the list. Event log The Event log is a four-column table where the MFP events are logged for reference. The log contains codes that correspond to the error messages that appears on the MFP control-panel display. The number in the Page Count column specifies the total number of pages that the MFP had printed when the error occurred. The Event log also contains a brief description of the error.
