Problem Pages did not print. Cause The MFP might not be pulling media correctly. The media is jamming in the MFP. The USB cable might be defective or incorrectly connected. Other devices are running on the computer. Solution See Media-handling problems. Clear the jam. ● Disconnect the USB cable at both ends and reconnect it. ● Try printing a job that has printed in the past. ● Try using a different USB cable. The device might not share a USB port. When there is an external hard drive or network switchbox connected to the same port as the MFP, the other device might be interfering.
