Setting up printer options When the optional devices are attached to your machine, enable these devices. The procedure may slightly vary according to the version of the operating system. 1 In the printers window, right-click your printer icon, then click [Properties]. 1 For Windows 8, Windows 7 and Windows Server 2012, right-click your printer icon, then click [Printer Properties]. When multiple printer drivers are installed for your printer, right-click your printer icon and select the printer driver from "Printer Properties". 2 Select the "Device Options" tab. In the printers window, right-click your printer icon, then click [Properties].
For Windows 8, Windows 7 and Windows Server 2012, right-click your printer icon, then click
[Printer Properties].
When multiple printer drivers are installed for your printer, right-click
your printer icon and select the printer driver from “Printer Properties”.
