Remove the duplex front cover to access the jam area. If the paper is jammed in the rear of the duplex, then replace the duplex front cover and open the duplex rear door. If the paper is not jammed in the duplex unit, then it may be jammed in the rear of the printer. Open the printer rear door to access the jam. Secondary: When this message is displayed, do not remove accumulated sheets during the jam clearance procedure as the printer will not reprint the removed sheets.
