Cleaning the video heads ➥page 99 Moisture Condensation • If the camcorder is brought directly from a cold place to a warm place, moisture may condense inside the camcorder, on the surface of the tape, or on the lens. In this condition, the tape may stick to the head drum and be damaged or the unit may not operate correctly.To prevent possible damage under these circumstances, the camcorder is fitted with a moisture sensor. • If there is moisture inside the camcorder, (DEW) is displayed. If this happens, none of the functions except cassette ejection will work. Open the cassette compartment and remove the battery. Vérifiez le bloc de batteries ou l'adaptateur secteur AC. Appuyez sur le bouton MODE pour activer le mode Camera ( ) (Cam). Vous avez atteint la fin de la cassette. Vérifiez la languette de protection en écriture sur la cassette. Vous avez laissé le caméscope réglé sur PAUSE pendant plus de 5 minutes sans l'utiliser. Le bloc de batteries est totalement usé. La température de l'air est trop basse. Le bloc de batteries n'a pas été rechargé complètement. Le bloc de batteries est totalement épuisé et ne peut être rechargé. Utilisez un autre bloc. Les têtes vidéo sont peut-être sales. Nettoyez les têtes avec une cassette de nettoyage. Le contraste entre le sujet et l'arrière-plan est trop important pour que le caméscope puisse fonctionner normalement. Éclairez l'arrière-plan pour réduire le contraste ou utilisez la fonction BLC tout en enregistrant avec un arrière-plan plus clair. ➥page 56 Vérifiez le menu M.Focus. Dans ces conditions, la bande risque d'adhérer à la tête vidéo et d'être endommagée ou l'appareil risque de ne pas fonctionner correctement. Pour éviter d'éventuels dommages dans ces conditions, le caméscope est équipé d'un détecteur d'humidité. • En cas d'humidité à l'intérieur du caméscope, le témoin (CONDENSATION) s'affiche. Si cette éventualité se produit, aucune fonction exceptée l'éjection de la cassette n'est valide. Ouvrez le compartiment à cassette et retirez la batterie. Laissez le caméscope au repos pendant au moins deux heures dans un endroit chaud et sec. French _102
