2001/10/02 Set left margin Escln (27)(108)n n • This command sets the left margin in columns from the left edge of the page. The width of a column is the current character width. • In proportional spacing mode a column width of 1/10" is adopted. • This command clears all tab settings. • The minimum space allowed between the left and right margins is 1/5". LPRINT CHR$(27); CHR$(81); CHR$(72); 'Right margin 6" at 12 cpi Set perforation skip EscNn (27)(78)n n • This command sets the bottom margin and enables perforation skip, that is, whenever the print position reaches the bottom margin the printer performs a page eject and moves the print position to the top of the next page. • n = the number of lines at the current line spacing setting between the bottom margin and the bottom edge of the paper. • n must be in the range 1 to 127. • Esc C (Set Page Length) and Esc O (Cancel Perforation Skip) cancel automatic perforation skip. • If the bottom margin specified by this command would be located above the top margin, the command is ignored. All subsequent line feed operations will move the print position 1/6" down the page. • This line spacing is the default setting when the printer is switched on or reset.
