Printer Jam or Paper Jam Remove the jammed paper depending on where it is jammed in the MFC. Paper is jammed in the multi-purpose sheet feeder. 1 Remove any paper from the multipurpose sheet feeder that is not jammed. 2 Pull the jammed paper upward and remove it. Multi-Purpose Sheet Feeder Paper is jammed inside the MFC. 1 Open the control panel cover by pulling it toward you, then lift the top cover toward the back. 2 Remove the jammed paper. 3 Close the control panel cover and top cover.
