10 Printing Reports 10 MFC Settings and Activity You can print the following lists and reports: 1.XMIT REPORT Choose if you would like a Transmission Verification Report printed after all faxes you send. 2.ACT.REPORT Activity Report lists information about the last 50 incoming and outgoing faxes. TX means Transmit; RX means Receive. 3.AUTO DIAL Lists names and numbers stored in One Touch and Speed Dial memory, in numerical order. 4.TEL.INDEX AUTO DIAL LIST (above), alphabetically. 5.HELP Help list for quick reference. 6.USER SETTINGS Lists settings for INITIAL SETUP, SETUP RECEIVE, SETUP SEND, PRINT REPORTS, and TEL SERVICE. The settings for REMOTE FAX OPT are included. 7.MEMORY STATUS Lists summary information and amount of occupied memory. 8.ORDER FORM Prints an accessories order form for the ordering accessories directly from Brother. To Print a Report 1 Press Function, 1, 6. (See Printing Reports, page 10-1.) 2 Enter the number of the report you want to print. For example, press 4 to print the Telephone Index List.
