Chapter 7 ScanFront Administration Tool for SF400 [Reboot] Restarts the ScanFront. [Device detail setting] You can set the wait times until the display turns off, and until Low Power mode is activated. IMPORTANT The ScanFront Administration Tool for SF400 version 2.0 and later support Energy Star 3.0, so the maximum wait time to Low Power mode is 120 minutes. [Use external Web app] Switch ScanFront operation from Standard Mode to Web Application Mode. Execute [Use external Web app], enter the server address to which the ScanFront refers in the displayed dialog box, enter the proxy server address as necessary, then click [OK]. IMPORTANT Setting an incorrect URL can disable operation of all set up machines. Thorough testing should be conducted first. [Do not use external Web app] Switch ScanFront operation from Web Application Mode back to Standard Mode. [Change the port number and the LXC status] (Embedded SDK function) You can specify the Web application port number, custom LXC port number, and the custom LXC ON/OFF state. [Custom LXC] (Embedded SDK function) You can specify the ON/OFF state of Custom LXC. IMPORTANT When you change the Web application port number, the URL that accesses ScanFront from the web browser on the external device is also changed. For more information, see "Accessing from an External Terminal's Web Browser" on p. 157. ❏ Importing/Exporting Administration Data You can export administration data for ScanFront Administration Tool for SF400 to any location on the computer, and import exported administration data.
