4.5 Using the System Settings Menus 4.5.11 Setting Scanning Performance Touch Panel Admin Tool Usually, it is not necessary to make any setting changes. 1. Select the [System Settings] tab on the top menu. 2. Select the [Scanner Adjustment] tab on the left side menu. ⇒ The "Scanner Adjustment" screen appears. 4 ■ Offset Settings If the scanned output is found to be displaced relative to the actual documents being scanned, the scan offsets can be adjusted. 1. On the "Scanner Adjustment" screen, under [Front Side Offsets]/[Reverse Side Off- sets], enter values for the "Horizontal Offset" and "Vertical Offset" input fields. Offset lengths are measured in units of 0.5mm and may be set to between -4 and +4. 2. Press the [OK] button. ⇒ The offset settings are set.
