1 Troubleshooting Your PC If the Wake on LAN Feature Does Not Work If the Wake on LAN Feature Does Not Work Problem Solution You have installed a LAN board that supports the Wake On LAN feature and the feature does not work. • Check that the Wake On LAN cable is correctly connected to the system board and to the LAN board. Refer to page 60 for more information. • Refer to the LAN board documentation for instructions about installing and using the LAN board. • Check that the Power-Up Events On External Activity PCI Bus field is set to On in the Setup program's Power menu. (You need to restart the PC and press the F2 key when Press F2 to Enter Setup is displayed). 26
