Reconfiguring the TPM Chip To re-use an initialized TPM chip, you have to reconfigure it to the available status. 1 Restart the system and press the key several times when the Samsung logo appears. 2 When the BIOS screen appears, press the → key to move to the Security menu. Then press the ↓ key to move to the TPM Support item and set it to Enable. 3 Press the → key to move to the TPM State, press the ↓ key to move to the Change TPM State item, and press . 4 Press the ↓ key to move to the Enable & Activate item and press . 5 Press the key and if the Setup Confirmation window appears, select Yes and press . 6 The system is restarted. To use the TPM chip, you can initialize the Security Platform. 162

To re-use an initialized TPM chip, you have to reconfigure

TPM Support
item and set it to

Enable & Activate
item and press
<Enter>

<F10>
key and if the

To use the TPM chip, you can initialize the Security
Platform.
