Working with Spam Quarantine 139 Configuring Spam Quarantine Undeliverable quarantined messages go to Spam Quarantine postmaster If Spam Quarantine can't determine the proper recipient for a message received by Symantec Mail Security for SMTP, it delivers the message to a postmaster mailbox accessible from Spam Quarantine unless you have specified Delete message sent to unresolved email addresses in Settings > Quarantine. Your network may also have a postmaster mailbox you access using a mail client that is separate from the Spam Quarantine postmaster mailbox. Spam messages may also be delivered to the Spam Quarantine postmaster mailbox if there is a problem with the LDAP configuration. Note: No notification messages are sent to the postmaster mailbox.
