Cleaning Safety DO NOT clean the steam oven while it is still hot. Some cleaners produce noxious fumes when applied to a hot surface. Wet cloths or sponges can cause burns from steam. Risk of severe burns! DO NOT clean the steam oven immediately after turning it off. The water in the evaporator dish is still hot. Wait until the appliance has cooled down. The door will no longer close properly if the door gasket is heavily soiled. The face of adjacent furnishings could become damaged. Always keep the door gasket clean and contact a THERMADOR® Service Technician to replace if necessary. The oven cavity is made of high quality stainless steel. Improper care may result in corrosion of the oven cavity. Follow the care and cleaning instructions provided in this manual. Remove food residue and spills from the cavity immediately after the steam oven has cooled down. Ovenware Safety DO NOT place food directly on oven bottom. Follow the manufacturer's directions.
