Advanced Functions Shooting Video in Flexible Recording Mode When the camcorder is in (flexible recording) mode, you can enjoy full access to the menus and manually adjust the exposure, focus, white balance and many more of the camcorder's settings to your preference. The camcorder can even help you with the settings, for example, when you use Special Scene recording programs (0 61). Operating modes: 1 Turn on the camcorder. By default, movies are recorded in the built-in memory ( / only) or on memory card X ( ). You can select the memory that will be used to record movies (0 39). 2 Press g to begin recording. Press g again to pause the recording. Reviewing Your Recording You can play back the last scene recorded to check it. The camcorder will play back the last 4 seconds of the scene but without sound. Shooting Video in Flexible Recording Mode
When the camcorder is in
(flexible recording) mode, you can
enjoy full access to the menus and manually adjust the exposure,
focus, white balance and many more of the camcorder's settings to
your preference. The camcorder can even help you with the settings,
for example, when you use Special Scene recording programs (

Turn on the camcorder.
By default, movies are recorded in
