Description Check for the source of the problem. Is there a general power failure at the site? Are there rolling brownouts at your site? Is a solid connection being made between the hub and power supply? Is the power cable faulty? Action If none of the answers to the above questions are responsible, call Customer Service. Do not attempt to open the power supply in the device. Right-click item in the first column. Windows supports selection from any row, but only within column one. Click OK and right click in column one. SNMP++:SNMP request timed out. Temperature fault indicated for hub. This message displays when a device is connected and HMU is polling but no SNMP response is received. Check for the source of the problem. Is there an obstruction blocking the cooling fans? Remove it. Is the temperature setting in range? Adjust the setting and click OK. Watch for improvement. Check the Ethernet connection, verify the IP address, and ping the node for a response. Shut down HMU and then restart HMU. If polling requests still go unanswered, reset the device's firmware with the Reset button on the panel with the LED indicator. If neither of these improves the situation, call Customer Service. Terminating management requests. This message is informational when exiting from HMU. No action is required. continued
