6. If a PIN number is assigned to the job, touch the numeric buttons to type the PIN number. The number appears as a series of asterisks in the display. NOTE If no PIN is assigned, you are not prompted for one. 7. A message appears asking whether you want to delete the job. Touch Yes to delete it. The stored print job is deleted and the product returns to the READY state. Basics tab features To gain access to the Basics tab in Windows 98 or Windows Me, follow these steps: 1. Click Start. 2. Select Settings. 3. Click Printers. 4. Right-click the product name. 5. Click Properties. 6. Click the Basics tab. The Basics tab provides options for setting the number of copies to be printed and for the orientation of the print job. You can also use it to retrieve information about the driver.
