Output Options The Output Options group box appears only if you have installed and configured the optional HP 500Sheet Stapler/Stacker on the product. The HP Color LaserJet 4730xs mfp comes standard with HP 500Sheet Stapler/Stacker. ● None ● One Staple Angled (Max 30 Sheets) When no optional accessory output bin is installed on the product, the Output tab is not available. Document preview image The document preview image is a line-drawn image of a page that represents graphics and text. The document preview image is always oriented so that the contents of the page are right-side-up. The document preview image appears in the upper-right corner of the Paper/Quality, Effects, Finishing, Output, and Color tabs. Switching between tabs does not change the location or appearance of the document preview image. When you move the mouse over the document preview image, the mouse cursor changes from an arrow to a gloved hand. You can toggle between portrait and landscape page orientation by clicking on the image. Output Bin Options The Output Bin Options group box appears only if you have installed and configured the optional HP 3Bin Mailbox on the product. The HP Color LaserJet 4730xm mfp comes standard with the HP 3-Bin Mailbox. The Output Bin Options group box contains a drop-down menu to select the output bin for the product. Use the Bin drop-down menu to select the mailbox bin to which the print job goes after printing. The following settings are available: ● Automatically Select ● Bin 1 ● Bin 2 ● Bin 3 (Highest Capacity) HP unidrivers for Windows 208 Chapter 4 HP PCL 6, PCL 5, and PS emulation unidrivers for Windows ENWW
