Item Settings Setup SYSTEM The system menu specifies HD SDI and SD SDI outputs, analog composite output, phase adjustment of audio output, system frequency, phase of SD REF input of HD SDI output, and system file lock. • XX indicates factory default settings. Settings and brief function description 0001 0002 LOCAL BOTH Determines whether video output signal adjustments will be made on this unit or on an external encoder remote controller. LOCAL: Video output signal adjustments are performed on this unit. BOTH: Video output signal adjustments are either performed on this unit or on an encoder remote controller. NOTE: • An RS-422A digital controller is available as an encoder remote controller. • For details on adjustments, refer to "Video Output Signal Adjustments" (page 171). • When adjustments are made on an external encoder remote controller, the adjustment values are reflected to adjustment parameters in setup menus. Note that it takes 1 min after completing adjustments for values reflected to adjustment parameters to be saved.
