5. U lamp In the EE mode, this lamp lights when an input signal contains UMID information. Lights during playback when the recording contains UMID information. Goes off in the playlist mode. 6. WIDE lamp This lamp lights when 16:9 aspect ratio (wide) data is recorded on a P2 card in SD mode. Use the setup menu No.645 (WIDE SELECT) to specify whether or not wide data be recorded. This lamp lights to indicate that 16:9 aspect ratio data is recorded when playing back a clip recorded in SD mode. This lamp goes off in the playlist mode. 7. REC/REC INH lamp Indicates selected recording status of a P2 card. REC lamp on: REC INH lamp on: Lights in recording mode. Lights when recording is disabled (when the REC INH switch on the front panel is lit or all P2 cards are write protected). No recordings can be made on P2 cards when this lamp is on. 8. Format display Indicates the recording format or the format of video recorded on inserted P2 cards. 9. Counter display Indicates the CTL, TC and UB counter and time code values. CTL: TC: UB: Relative position from the beginning. Read time code.
