Clip Management Setting items to display The thumbnail display can be customized to suit different operating needs. The following describes procedures for changing thumbnail display indicators and data settings. 1 4 3 2,5 1 Open the thumbnail screen. 2 Press the MENU button. 3 Use the cursor buttons to select the item that should appear under [THUMBNAIL] - [SETUP]. INDICATOR: • XX indicates factory default settings. Press SET to add a check mark for any of the following items you want to display. Select ALL HIDE to disable item selection. ALL HIDE: Hides all indicators MARKER: Shows the shot mark indicator TEXT Shows the text memo MEMO: indicator WIDE: Shows the wide indicator PROXY: Shows the proxy indicator DATA DISPLAY: DATE FORMAT: Select items to appear in the time display (➝ refer to 6 in "Thumbnail Screen Names and Functions" (page 50)). TC Time code UB User bit TIME Time of recording DATE Date of recording DATE Date and time of TIME recording CLIP Clip name NAME USER The first fifteen CLIP characters in the user NAME clip name SLOT Slot number THUMBNAIL Time code of thumbnail TC position Select the format for indicating the time. Y-M-D M-D-Y*1 D-M-Y*1 Year/month/day Month/day/year Day/month/year *1: The default setting for the AJ-HPD2500P is "M-D-Y", and for the AJ-HPD2500E is "D-M-Y". ◆ NOTE: • This setting is reflected in the date of recording shown in the clip property, the date and time of recording indicated when selecting DATE in the DATA DISPLAY, the date of recording that appears in the clip information in the event property screen of a playlist and also in the created date indicated when loading metadata or in other file indications. THUMBNAIL SIZE: Determines the size of thumbnails that appear on the screen in thumbnail mode.
