G. Using Your Camera Abroad AC Adapter (Model AC-4c) This AC adapter can be used in regions with a current of 100-240V, 50Hz/60Hz. If you are going to travel to a country that uses a different shaped wall outlet/plug, please consult your travel agent on a plug adapter suitable for wall outlets in your country of destination. Warranty This product was manufactured for use in the country in which it was purchased. The warranty is only valid in the country in which the camera was purchased. Should the product fail or malfunction while you are abroad, the manufacturer assumes no responsibility for servicing the product locally or bearing the expenditure incurred therefore. Playback on Television in Other Regions Playback is possible on televisions (or monitors) equipped with a video input terminal. Please use the AV cable provided. This camera is compatible with both NTSC and PAL television formats. Set the video format on the camera to match that of the television you are using. When you go abroad, set your camera to the local video format. 176
