1.4 2.5-inch Hard Disk Drive 1 Hardware Overview 1.4 2.5-inch Hard Disk Drive The computer has a compact, high-capacity HDD with a height of 9.5 mm. The HDD contains a 2.5- inch magnetic disk and magnetic heads. Figure 1-5 shows a view of the 2.5- inch HDD and Tables 1-2 and 1-3 list the dimensions and specifications.
