■ ERASE, MOVE, ROTATE and ROTATE3D, and SCALE commands break system connections. ■ COPY, MIRROR, OFFSET, and ARRAY commands maintain custom fitting part properties and property sets. RELATED See AutoCAD® Help for more information on the above commands. Modifying Turning Vanes You cannot modify the number or layout of turning vanes once they are added to a fitting. You can remove the vanes from all or selected fittings, and then add vanes with different settings to all or selected fittings. To add vanes, see Adding Turning Vanes to Fittings on page 214. To remove vanes from all fittings 1 To remove vanes from all fittings of the same size and subtype, select a fitting. 2 Click Duct Fitting tab ➤ Duct Vanes panel ➤ Remove Vanes . To remove vanes from selected fittings only 3 To remove vanes from selected fittings, select one or more fittings, and click Duct Fitting tab ➤ Modify panel ➤ Duct Fitting Properties . 4 In the Duct Fitting Properties dialog, click the Vanes tab. 5 Deselect Enable Vanes. Modifying Insulation or Lining Use this procedure to add or modify insulation or lining on a duct run. You can add insulation or lining, or both, to duct segments and duct fittings. NOTE In the software, insulation and lining are annotation only. You can also only view insulation and lining on duct displayed as 2-line. 1 Select one or more duct segments or duct fittings, and if the object selected is a.... then.... Duct click Duct tab ➤ Modify panel ➤ Duct Properties .
