ColorGear color matching may have not been selected when it was necessary. Check the toner cartridge in the printer and make sure that it is not low or empty. Check that ColorGear color matching and Use ColorGear profile are selected on the Preferences sheet. The software application cannot find the scanner. Troubleshooting
The printed image colors appear different from image you
see in the Preview Area.
Problem:
The colors in the printed image appear different
from the colors in the image you see on the screen.
Cause:
Printer toner may be low. ColorGear color
matching may have not been selected when it was
necessary.
Solution:
Check the toner cartridge in the printer and make
sure that it is not low or empty.
Check that
ColorGear color matching and Use ColorGear
profile are selected on the Preferences sheet.
The software application cannot find the scanner.
