Changing the IS Mode Settings Image stabilization is adjustable. 1 [IS settings] → [IS mode] Off On Shoot only Deactivates image stabilization. Optimal image stabilization for the shooting conditions is automatically applied. Image stabilization is active only at the moment of shooting. zz The [IS mode] setting changes to [On] for movie recording, even if [Shoot only] is set. zz If image stabilization cannot prevent camera shake, mount the camera on a tripod or take other measures to hold it still. Image stabilization is active only at the moment of
