BIOS Support For Bootable CD-ROM - This option determines whether the host adapter BIOS provides support for booting from a CD-ROM drive. The default is Enabled. BIOS Support For Int13 Extensions - This option determines whether the host adapter BIOS supports disks with more than 1024 cylinders. The default is Enabled. The following procedures focus specifically on the installation of SCSI drivers. The Windows NT driver diskettes you create for the Microsoft Windows NT Server operating system contain a number of files needed for driver installation. The following files are included on the diskettes: aic78u2.sys - Adaptec's driver for the 7890 SCSI controller and the AHA-2940U2W host adapter for Windows NT aic78xx.sys - Adaptec's driver for the 7860 SCSI controller for Windows NT oemsetup.inf - A file used by Windows NT Setup for driver installation readme.txt - A text file describing the Adaptec 78xx driver for Windows NT If you have an optional RAID controller, you will also be using the pedge.sys file, the Windows NT driver for the RAID controller.
