Installing the Jumbo PERC card Prerequisites 1. Follow the safety guidelines listed in the Safety instructions. 2. Follow the procedure listed in the Before working inside your sled. 3. Remove the iDRAC card before installing the Jumbo PERC card. NOTE: A dual-processor configuration is required to support a Jumbo PERC card. Steps 1. Remove the connector cap on the I/O connector from the Jumbo PERC card. 2. Pull the blue pull tag to raise the lever on the Jumbo PERC card. 3. Align the Jumbo PERC card with the slots on the system board. 4. Press the Jumbo PERC card until it is fully seated. 5. NOTE:

Steps
1.
Remove the connector cap on the I/O connector from the Jumbo PERC card.
2.
Pull the blue pull tag to raise the lever on the Jumbo PERC card.
3.
Align the Jumbo PERC card with the slots on the system board.
4.
Press the Jumbo PERC card until it is fully seated.
5.
Close the lever on the Jumbo PERC card.
