EPSON Stylus Photo R260/R265/R270, R360/R380/R390 Revision B Error Name R360/R380/R390 Messages on the LCD No paper error Paper out. Load paper and press the Start button. CDR Tray error The CD/DVD tray is set incorrectly. Please correct, then press the Start button. The front tray is in the CD/DVD position. Pull up the tray lever to lower the front tray to the paper position. CDR Guide error The front tray is not in the CD/DVD position. Push down the tray lever to raise the front tray to the CD/DVD position. The CD/DVD guide is in the CD/DVD position. Close the CD/DVD guide. Table 3-4. List of Error Messages R260/R265/R270 LED Indications Power Paper Ink STM3 Message Error Cause See the table for Troubleshooting Reload the paper and set the front tray to the paper position by pulling up the tray lever. Then - Light - press the Paper button on the printer or click the Paper cannot be fed into the printer. Table 3-9 (p.43) Continue button if it appears on the screen. To cancel all print jobs, click the Cancel button. Reload the tray, then press the Paper button on - Light - the printer. The printer cannot detect the CD/DVD Table 3-10 (p.45) tray properly.
