Printing special pages Special pages within the memory of the printer can help you to diagnose and learn about problems with your printer. ● Configuration page The configuration page lists many of the current settings and properties of the printer. For information about how to print the configuration page, see Using printer information pages on page 80. If you have an HP Jetdirect print server installed, a second page prints that lists all of the HP Jetdirect information. ● Font list You can print a font list using the control panel (see Using printer information pages on page 80) or, for Macintosh computers, the HP Printer Utility (see Using the HP Printer Utility for Macintosh on page 83). ● Supplies status page Use the supplies status page to obtain information about the print cartridge that is installed in the printer, the amount of life that remains in the print cartridge, and the number of pages and jobs that have been processed (see Using printer information pages on page 80). ● Show Me How pages Use the SHOW ME HOW control-panel menu to print pages that contain information about jams, loading trays, supported media types and sizes, and more help.
