Running a Get-Put Loop During a Get-Put loop, the hand loads and unloads a cartridge from a storage cell. This tests the functionality of the hand assembly. To run a Get-Put loop: 1. Ensure the library and drives are not in use. 2. Press the [MENU] button until the Main Menu displays. 3. Press the arrow buttons until the cursor underscores DIAGNOSTICS. 4. Press the [SELECT] button. The panel displays the Main Diagnostics Menu. 5. Press the arrow buttons until the cursor underscores GET PUT LOOP. 6. Press the [SELECT] button. The Get-Put Mode screen will appear. 7. You will be prompted to confirm that you want the library in Maintenance Mode (offline) before beginning the test (ARE YOU SURE?). Confirm this by pressing the [SELECT] button. You may press the [MENU] button to abort. 8.
