Removing and replacing FRUs Updated October, 2008 6. Disconnect the three power supply cables. To replace the power supply, reverse this procedure. Top cover - removing and replacing 1. Remove the rear cover, following the procedure in "Rear cover - removing and replacing" on page 61. 2. Place the unit on a steady surface with the display-face down. 3. Using a screwdriver, press to lift the tab A while pulling the top cover forward (or toward the rear). See Figure 57 on page 71 and Figure 56. 4. Repeat for the tab on the other side. the

2.
Place
the
unit
on
a
steady
surface
with
the
display-face
down.
3.
Using
a
screwdriver,
press
to
lift
the
tab
±A²
while
pulling
the
top
cover
forward
(or
toward
the
rear).

4.
Repeat
for
the
tab
on
the
other
side.
To
replace,
slide
the
top
cover
on
from
the
rear.
