Organizer • CALENDAR The calendar keeps track of reminders, calls you need to make, meetings, and birthdays. It can even sound an alarm for any of these events. Open the Calendar From the menus, select Organizer > Calendar. OR Press the Scroll right key at the start screen. After a brief pause, the month view of the calendar appears in the display with the current date highlighted. You can move to another date by using the four-way scroll keys like a joystick. Month view The month view provides an overview of the selected month and weeks. It also allows you to jump to a specific date. Any days or dates that appear in bold font contain calendar notes such as a meeting or reminder. Week view The week view displays one week at a time, with each day divided into one-hour blocks. In the month view, select Options > Week view. To return to the month view, select Back. Month view Calendar settings Week view In either the month view or the week view, select Options > Settings and one of the following: Set the date-Enter the current date, and select OK. Set the time-Enter the current time, and select OK > am or pm (if required). Time zone-Select your time zone. Date format-Select the format for the date that is displayed in the start screen.
