Adding a contact to the Favourite Contacts list You can add up to 10 contacts to the Favourite Contacts list so that you can quickly access them. 1 Press Home , and then press Start (left softkey). 2 Navigate to the Favourite Contacts content list and select Add a Favourite. 3 Select the contact you want to add and press Centre . If the contact has multiple phone numbers or email addresses, select the number or address you want to use and press Centre . Finding a contact in an online address book In addition to having contacts on your device, you can also access contact information from your organisation's online address book or Global Address List (GAL). BEFORE YOU BEGIN Do the following: • Make sure you are accessing Exchange Server 2007 or Exchange Server 2003 upgraded to Service Pack 2. • Synchronise with the Exchange server in order for the Company Directory option to appear. 1 Press Home , and then press Start (left softkey). 2 Navigate to the Favourite Contacts content list and press All Contacts (right softkey). 3 Press Menu (right softkey), select Company Directory, enter the name of the contact, and then select Search. Sending a contact Your smartphone provides multiple options for sending a contact's information to someone else. 1 Press Home , and then press Start (left softkey). 2 Navigate to the Favourite Contacts content list and press All Contacts (right softkey). 3 Highlight the contact you want to send. 184 C O N T A C T S
